1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Master File, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Document Storage

Master File provides secure cloud storage for financial documents. Storage limits vary by plan. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties except as required by law.

5. Advisor Access

When you assign an Advisor to your account, they can upload documents on your behalf. All Advisor-uploaded documents require your approval before being finalized.

6. Document Sharing

Shared links are time-limited and view-limited. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If payment fails, a 7-day grace period applies before your account is downgraded.

8. Data Retention

Upon account closure or subscription expiry, data is retained for 45 days before permanent deletion.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Master File for storing illegal content, malware, or any material that violates applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Master File is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, India.
